We ship to most destinations worldwide, please check our website.

For international shipping rates, please proceed to checkout to have your rate calculated based on your location.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

 

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in our shipping cost. If you would like an estimated duties and taxes before placing your order, please email us and we can send you an estimation based on your location and order size.

 

 

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders placed are carefully picked and packed for dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days. Once your order is on it’s way, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email to track your parcel.

 

Orders will be delivered between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

 

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

 

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.

 

 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

 

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, you can follow the below easy steps.

 

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you.

 

Full price items can be returned for a full refund.

 

Return postage must be covered by you, postage to be paid at time of sending item back.

 

 

FOLLOW BELOW STEPS:

 

  1. Email us at hello@pruijnbrand.com with your order number and reason for return request

  2. Once we reply and approve your return request, please send to address as provided in the email.

  3. Please use original packaging and add new label for your return shipment.

 

 

REFUNDS:

 

If your item is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account.

 

 

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS:

 

Please allow up to 3 business days from when we receive your item for the return to be processed. Please contact us at hello@pruijnbrand.com if you need assistance.

 

 

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

 

All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right, please contact us at hello@pruijnbrand.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Please note that items which are damaged because of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misues will not be considered faulty.
